Your 3-step selection process
1. Your online application
Has one of our co-op program offers caught your attention? Send in your application to us via your university co-op application process.
To apply online, you'll need:
- your resume
- your cover letter
- a current transcript
Your application is reviewed by the recruiter responsible for the position
We take part in numerous forums and events. Come and meet us there to discuss your plans and submit your application.
2. First interview
If we are interested in your application, you will be invited to take part in a interview. The interview will take place on campus or via phone and last approximately 30 minutes. During this time you will be asked to share professional and project experiences and discuss your interests. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions.
3. Rank & Match and/or Offer
Michelin respects the practices of each individual university. If your university uses a Rank & Match process, you will be notified of your interview results on Match Day. If your university uses a direct offer process, your recruiter will give you a timeline for when you can expect to learn your results.
