For Bridgewater, Waterville and Granton, after the Wage Recruiting Coordinator reviews your application, you may be contacted to come to the site to complete an internal skills assessment similar to the one you took prior to applying.
If you meet the cut off score, you will advance to a behavioural based interview.
If you are successful on the interview, you will receive an offer of employment conditional on a medical and background screening.
You then enter a hiring pool and will start when the next available job is open.
Note: If you currently reside out of the province of Nova Scotia, and it is not practical to come to the site, the Wage Recruiting Coordinator may provide you with the opportunity to complete the assessment and interview through distance technology.
