We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (2 Wheels) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving our business objectives.
Your job with us:
Optimize account management processes and ensure sales targets are met.
Conduct service demand analysis and influence stakeholders to deliver required services.
Initiate improvements to services, products, and systems.
Lead customer account planning and ensure customer needs are met.
Advise the sales team on products, services, and customer issues.
Monitor sales results, competitiveness, and market trends, and make recommendations.
Implement customer loyalty strategies to secure the future of the business.
Identify commercial challenges and opportunities by analyzing financial data.
Perform profitability analyses and make recommendations for short- and long-term decisions.
What you bring:
You have a passion for sales and can look back on several years of sales experience.
You are immersed in sales, motivated and listen attentively to identify customer needs.
You work independently, always keep an overview, are well organized and stick to it, even when things get difficult.
You have very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
