REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES :

  • Gérer des comptes de toutes tailles en représentant votre équipe à l'extérieur auprès des clients et à l'intérieur en travaillant avec diverses parties prenantes.
  • Développer une compréhension approfondie de la position du client sur le marché, de son produit/service, des points de différence et du paysage concurrentiel.
  • Saisir, gérer et répondre aux demandes/réclamations des clients
  • Établir et construire de solides relations de travail avec les chefs d'entreprise à tous les niveaux.
  • Gérer au quotidien la communication avec les clients et les relations permanentes en ce qui concerne les projets en cours, nouveaux et à venir, y compris l'examen des activités.
  • Préparer et présenter des informations commerciales et une proposition efficace pour le client lors d'un renouvellement ou de nouvelles initiatives.
  • Si nécessaire, rendre visite aux clients, participer à des salons professionnels et à d'autres événements industriels afin de tirer parti des possibilités de réseautage et d'établissement de relations.
  • Rester en contact de manière proactive avec les clients et le marché en constante évolution afin d'accéder à de nouvelles opportunités de recherche et de s'assurer que tous les clients viables sont engagés de manière régulière et efficace
  • Développer/générer de nouvelles pistes en surveillant les tendances, en menant des recherches, en identifiant les opportunités, en effectuant des appels à froid et en prenant des rendez-vous.
