REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES • La conformité des produits sur le domaine physico-chimique est assurée tout au long du processus de fabrication, permettant la libération des produits. • Les risques identifiés sont mis sous contrôle et l’efficacité des actions de garantie mises en œuvre est démontrée. • Les risques de non satisfaction du client pour son domaine, sont anticipés dans le processus de planification qualité et leur maîtrise concourt à la qualification des produits, procédés et méthodes. • Sur son domaine, toutes les réclamations, non conformités et dérives de performances sont traitées avec la réactivité et l’efficacité nécessaires. Les causes d’anomalies et de non performance sont capitalisées au niveau de l’activité. • Pour son domaine : - L'adéquation et l'application des dispositions d’assurance Qualité liées à la fabrication du produit sont garanties - Le plan qualité adapté est défini et appliqué. - Les référentiels de garantie sont définis et appliqués localement. - Les dispositions d’assurance Qualité sont appliquées et efficaces. • La qualification du personnel ayant un impact sur la qualité des constituants (domaine physico-chimique) est assurée d’une façon pérenne pour son domaine de compétences.
