REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES • Le plan de prévention des risques est appliqué, la sécurité a été prise en compte (LOTOTO, manœuvres HT/BT, consignes, sécurité des interventions, conformité des travaux prestés, conformité réglementaire des équipements sous sa responsabilité) • Titres d’habilitations électriques du personnel actualisés • Existence et évolutions de Plan de maintenance (transformateurs, appareils de protection, visites de sous-stations, analyses thermographiques,…) • Efficacité des interventions d'assistance (réponses aux sollicitations de la maintenance opérationnelle sur pannes et plan d'actions correctif pour éviter les problèmes recurents) • Propositions de progrès pour les plans annuels du site. (analyse de risques, plan de pérennité, priorité des actions,…) • Baisse des coûts de maintenance, et amélioration du TRS (Disponibilité) • Consommation électrique monitorée (mesures, charge réseau, facteur de puissance,…) • Adaptation du matériel en cas d’évolution du besoin énergétique (sélectivité, taille des câbles, protections,…) • Liste de PDR validées et approvisionnées • Amélioration des compétences mainteneurs (Tutorat, coaching, Supports de formation - Leçons ponctuelles – Fiches de manœuvre …)
