• Le plan de prévention des risques est appliqué, la sécurité a été prise en compte (homme et machine)
• La stratégie de maintenance est appliquée à la criticité des équipements
• Les plans de maintenance sont respectés et prennent en compte les paramètres influents du procédé (dont contribution à la maîtrise du procédé par la mise en place, l’application et l’évolution des plans de maintenance).
• L'efficacité des interventions est continuellement optimisée (Analyse des résultats maintenance et mise en œuvre des actions nécessaires dans une dynamique de progrès continu sur des horizons court et moyen terme (Semaine / Mois)
• Les coûts de maintenance sont optimisés (efficience des interventions, consommation d’énergie, consommation de PDR)
• Les démarches et outils MMW et les standards d’ordre et propreté sont appliqués
• La pérennité des équipements est assurée, en particulier en traitant les cas d’obsolescence
• Adéquation des ressources (qualitatif et quantitatif), Existence de plan de formation et de succession
