OUR TEAM

In the Process Industrialization Department, we aim to develop, validate, and improve production processes to ensure product quality, industrial performance, and sustainable manufacturing excellence.

MISSION

In this role, you will:

1. Lead process industrialization and evolution: validate new manufacturing processes or process improvements based on product requirements and industrial performance needs.

2. Manage industrialization and quality planning activities: lead on-site activities related to product and process industrialization, including quality planning, risk analysis, and action tracking.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with production, quality, engineering, and technical teams to ensure stable and controlled processes through SMQDC-P and the 5M components (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Measurement).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Materials, or related fields)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage process improvements, industrialization projects, and quality planning

• Able to communicate both English and Thai
