REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES
Pour son domaine de responsabilité (ilôt ou groupe d’ilôts):
• Les produits livrés sont conformes aux modèles issus de la planification qualité et ont été fabriqués dans le respect des standards d’obtention. Les bonnes pratiques MMW sont appliquées.
• La performance qualité et productivité est conforme aux objectifs définis par l’atelier. Les principes du Bon du Premier Coup sont appliqués.
• Les risques de non atteinte de la satisfaction du client, de la conformité du produit et de la performance Qualité sont anticipés. Les actions de réduction des risques sont mises en œuvre.
• Toutes les réclamations, non conformités, situations de non normé et dérives de performances sont traitées avec la réactivité nécessaire.
L’efficacité des actions mises en œuvre est démontrée.
Les causes d’anomalies et de non performance sont capitalisées.
• Le volet Qualité d’Obtention du Plan Progrès est réalisé. Il contribue à sa définition
• Tous les opérateurs font l’objet d’accompagnements métier qualité adaptés (mentoring, formation, …)
