REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES • Les résultats de mesures / d’étalonnages (et les équipements étalonnés) ainsi que la documentation associée sont délivrés aux utilisateurs dans les délais demandés. • Les mesures / étalonnages sont effectués en respectant les modes opératoires et processus de mesure / étalonnage prévus, y compris les requis en terme de sécurité, de transport, de recyclage d’échantillons, de traçabilité… • Les résultats de mesure / étalonnage livrés sont fiables et validés conformément aux requis. Les informations relatives aux non-conformités sont transmises aux fonctions chargées de leur traitement selon les règles d’action prévues et/ou via les systèmes d’information adéquats. • Les requis qualité mesure/métrologie (incluant les vérifications des conditions de mesure (température, hygrométrie, validité de l’étalonnage,…) sont appliqués, en particulier les dispositions de pérennité (VQM) • Les savoir-faire sont transmis lors des plans de formation
