REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES • La démarche des plans de maintenance est pilotée (création, évolution, mesure d’efficacité, ….) • Conformité matériels (domaines E.P., Qualité, Pérennité) • Les hommes Méthode et Appui s’impliquent auprès des secteurs pour la fiabilisation et l’assistance- Support maintenance niveau 3 • Garantie des Méthodes (BMA, AMDEC, Bibsolv+,…), tableaux de bord, indicateurs en place et exploitation de ceux-ci, • Optimisation du TRS des équipements goulots , des coûts de maintenance, diminution des stocks, réduction consommation. • Compétences techniques et méthodes du personnel TEC • Définition et Amélioration des standards Machines applicable à la fonction TEC pour tous les domaines SMQDC • Garantie de la qualité maintenance de l’activité, dans une dynamique de progrès. • Intégration de la maintenabilité et de la fiabilité sur le matériel existant, ou sur les nouveaux matériels • Plan de remplacement des composants et des systèmes obsolètes (Coordonne ce plan avec les secteurs et le RTA)
