WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation: Like our full-time engineers, our co-op students work as salaried employees. Our rates are based on level of degree completion and experience.

In-person experience: All positions offered are located on-site at our world-class manufacturing facilities. Our co-op experiences are best suited to students pursuing hands-on, applied, practical experiences.

At our NS sites where students are unable to commute, travel expenses and accommodations are provided.

WAFAA, Co-op Student
"I am completing my 2nd co-op term with the Innovation Team as a mechanical designer. During this time, I have learned more about my discipline and performed the kind of hands-on work that I don’t get to do in school. I work with operators to understand their challenges, develop solutions, and then design and test my ideas. What I like about Michelin is that all employees are encouraged to think of ways to make the company even better; I wake up every morning excited to go to work with my second family."
