Our BRGs and DI Councils foster connections and shared experiences. We leverage the rich insights of these employee-led organizations to identify unique challenges and opportunities to attract top talent and advance DE&I at Michelin. While some of these BRGs are led by employees in the United States, Canadian employees are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Canadian chapters may be formed, based on interest.
