Complete all of the relevant fields and submit your application. If you meet the selection criteria, you will be invited to our local recruitment office for a competency evaluation.

The competency evaluation consists of 3 parts: reading, document use, and, numeracy. Click the button below to take the practice assessment and view your personalized learning plan!

After successfully completing the competency evaluation, you will be invited to interview. To prepare, we encourage you to think about your previous work experience in the areas of adaptability, problem-solving, initiative, communication, and conflict resolution.

Candidates who are successful in Step 3 will be asked to complete a criminal record and references check (at no cost). Offers of employment after this step are conditional on a successful medical and functional assessment to be completed at our local medical center.

Once you have successfully completed these steps, we will make you an official offer of employment with a start date that allows you to give notice at your current job. When you arrive you will attend an orientation session to meet our teams and learn the company basics. Following orientation you will be paired with trainers who will work with you over the first 4-6 weeks to ensure you are safe and comfortable running your post.
