I work as a Service Delivery Provisioning Manager supporting Supply Chain. I am the go-to person to remove road blocks and obstacles and make sure we can service our customers whether it be with forecasts to the plants, orders to go out from the Distribution Centers, orders to end users via our portal, credit card processing, etc.
There are a lot of moving parts with tons of applications on a lot of servers in multiple countries and time zones that are all in play being serviced by multiple providers. It is a lot of responsibility and a lot of work, but I truly work for the best team in the best company and wouldn’t want it any other way.
