MISSION:
In this role, he/she/they will
Product : Mining Tires
Account Management
Understand customer needs by actively listening and gathering insights.
Build lasting relationships, always looking for improvement.
Generate new leads through research, trend analysis, and proactive outreach.
Promote collaboration by educating and engaging both internal teams and clients.
Expand customer engagement by identifying new use cases and planning strategically.
Keep teams informed with clear communication on product launches and strategy evolution.
Streamline processes to boost efficiency and hit sales targets.
Opportunity Management
Turn leads into wins with targeted sales action plans.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional to take ownership of key accounts and unlock new business opportunities. If you're passionate about building relationships, spotting trends, and delivering value, this role is for you.
Obtained a bachelors/masters degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account/fleet management, project management, sales
Ability to translate technical specs into business value for customers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability to visit mining sites sometimes in remote locations with overnight stay)
Fluent in Thai and Business Proficiency in English
