Mission: Provides administrative support for equipping the cars of the eligible staff in the perimeter of Spain according to the commercial offer available and in compliance with the legislation in force.

  • You have a good command of Spanish, both written and spoken;

  • You communicate clearly and professionally: e-mail (daily), telephone at agreed intervals (daily);

  • You are curious and motivated to learn more about the HR business operations;

  • You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

As a Michelin intern, you will:

  • Learn intensively about Michelin, our products and way of doing things.

  • Put that knowledge into practice, in real business scenarios.

  • Work together with our colleagues and your mentor, until you gain independence for your own projects.

Assist your colleagues in various HR activities such as:

  • Administratively resolves tire fitment requests for eligible staff vehicles (first fitment, replacement due to wear and tear, or disposal of a previously equipped vehicle), ensuring the correct tire size is selected in compliance with safety regulations and applicable local legislation.
  • Administratively resolves requests for equipping company vehicles with tires.
  • Administratively resolves requests for bicycle fitment for eligible beneficiaries.
  • Answers telephone calls received from beneficiaries and, occasionally, from Euromaster centers.
  • Initiates telephone calls to retirees and active employees to inform them of the delivery date of ordered tires or to facilitate the processing of their requests.
  • Initiates phone calls (occasionally) to Euromaster centers to verify the delivery status of specific orders.
  • Registers tire orders in the order management system.
  • Confirms the processing of beneficiary requests via email and sends information on the registered orders required for fitting of tires to Euromaster centers.
  • Enters technical data (approvals and fitment confirmations) and personal information into the management system, whenever necessary, to ensure the accuracy of the history of each file processed.
  • Processes specific claims following the destruction of the vehicle equipped with tires and manage the resulting payments.
  • Processes reimbursement requests for invoices related to tire damage on vehicles already registered in the system.
  • Verifies the accuracy of invoices received from partner fitment centers, validates reimbursement requests, and carries out any additional required actions (claims), where applicable (specific to GE, SP, IT).
  • Closes files for inactive employees and forwards the relevant information to the payroll processing team.
  • Archives documentation in accordance with the established archiving procedures.
  • Records employee complaints and resolves them as soon as possible , or escalates them to the Operations Leader or on-site specialist when the issue is complex.
  • Reviews the minutes received from beneficiaries regarding technical complaints (e.g., defective tires) and, where appropriate, takes the necessary steps to exempt beneficiaries from applicable contributions.
