This role is based in the Michelin Europe Central and Central Asia HQ in Bucharest, where our colleagues deliver excellence in Marketing and Sales, Quality, Cartography, IS/IT, Communication, Personnel, Finance, Service to Customer, Legal and Purchasing.

The mission of the Customer Marketing Manager is to implement and manage the marketing programs with the partners of a given perimeter in line with the distribution strategy as part of the Region Go to Market ambitions. The customer portfolio assigned to this position covers Romania, Turkey and Greece.

What will you do?

Elaborate personalized marketing tactics to address his perimeter (market, channel, geography, etc.)

• Conduct business reviews, steer and make corrective action as appropriate;

• Develop and animate the partnership;

• Create documentation and tailor programs for the customers in the portfolio;

• Ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize Michelin & partner’s performance consistently with distribution strategy;

• Provide customer/partners with regular communications and updates that pertain to their businesses, appropriate training solutions to partners, measure its performance and propose corrective actions;

• Manage assigned projects by ensuring programs are in line with customer specifications and requirements;

• Promotes and valorize the Sell Out approach with selected customers and sales forces to reinforce Michelin & Partner’s respective performance;

• Follows customer satisfaction and contributes to identify actions to improve it;

What will you bring?

• Solid marketing experience;

• Previous experience working with partners/dealers and developing programs for customers;

• Availability to travel;

• Fluency in English (at least B2 level);

• Problem solving skills;

• Customer-oriented approach;

• Analytical thinking competencies;

• Solution focused.
