OUR TEAM
In the Technical/Maintenance Engineering Department, we aim to ensure equipment durability, reliability, and performance through strong engineering standards, optimized maintenance strategies, and continuous capability development across manufacturing operations.
MISSION
In this role, you will:
Lead reliability and standardization of fluid systems and equipment, supporting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SMQDC) objectives
Manage daily technical activities, including maintenance strategies, machine technical parameters (MTP), breakdown analysis, preventive plans, and energy-saving initiatives
Collaborate with production, maintenance, utilities, and engineering teams to improve equipment durability, optimize maintenance costs, and enhance overall machine performance
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fluid systems, piping processes, utilities, or industrial maintenance
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally in operational manufacturing environments
Good communication skills in Thai and English
Technical Proficiency
Knowledge of piping materials, inline instrumentation, pumps, tanks, control valve stations
Ability to perform component sizing (pumps, fans, pipework, pressure relief valves, tanks) and thermal-hydraulic calculations
Experience with P&ID interpretation and updates
Understanding of Instrumentation & Control Functional Requirements, DFD, and FTP specifications
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and reliability concepts
