MISSION :
In this role, you will
Managing and developing team:
Creates an environment, with pairs, that encourages empowerment, collaboration and autonomy for direct team and among teams
Guides the team to set objectives, aligned with the objectives of the entity
Ensures that the team have the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
Manages priorities and guides the team to balance the workload according to the defined priorities
Develops and supports direct reports' career plans and learning opportunities
Provides regular and timely feedback to direct reports’
Manages the staffing movements taking into account the expectations of employees, the needs of the team and the entity
Applies company policies and procedures in managing direct reports
Facilitates change at team level
Driving operations and performance:
Identifies scope of work with team and share to all concern party to ensure deliverable objective and achievement
Ensures all activity of Export scope will comply as per related law/regulation/policy which consulting with relating organization
Day to Day operation monitoring with team
Coordinate with all networks to support Export activities
Customs Brokerage Service Provider’s performance management with the existing service agreement and KPIs
Identifies the upcoming critical situations in order to anticipate actions
Continuously seeks to improve performance of operations, customer and employee satisfaction
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Direct experience in team management
At least 5 years experienced in Export-Import, Customer Service or Logistics & Supply Chain operation and having Customs regulations background
Fluent in English (Autonomy / Efficient) at least B2
Strategic thinking, Logical & Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Sense of urgency and Self-awareness
Able to work under high pressure and challenging situations
