Join Michelin Asia Pacific (Thailand) as an Engineering Intern (October–December 2026) and gain hands-on experience working on real engineering projects alongside industry experts. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The program offer students an opportunity to gain practical experience within one of the world's leading manufacturing companies. Throughout the internship, you will work alongside experienced professionals on real business projects while experiencing Michelin's collaborative culture and advanced manufacturing environment in Thailand. This program aims to provide meaningful international exposure, professional development, and opportunities to contribute to projects that create tangible business impact.

• Work on real engineering or business improvement projects with measurable impact.

• Analyze business or manufacturing processes and recommend innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams across Michelin.

We are looking for curious, motivated, and globally minded students who are eager to challenge themselves in an international working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student pursuing a degree in any Engineering discipline.

• Available to undertake a full-time internship in Thailand for the program duration (October - December 2026).

• Willing to be based at Michelin Thailand at assigned manufacturing site.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic, multicultural working environment.

• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact through your work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
