OUR TEAM:

In the IT Departement, we aim to ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations by maintaining ICT infrastructure, managing IT systems and assets, enforcing security standards, and providing responsive technical support to enable seamless business operations across all sites.

 

MISSION:

• Maintain accurate ICT infrastructure documentation, network topology, and departmental ICT asset management to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure reliable and secure network connectivity by configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices, telecommunications, and wireless communication systems.
• Maintain ICT system performance and security through regular patching, firmware updates, antivirus management, and compliance with IT security policies.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Azure Active Directory, and other business applications to support operational efficiency.
• Provide responsive IT helpdesk services, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver effective ICT support to ensure business continuity across the assigned site.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience as an IT Staff member or in a similar ICT role (Experience in the plantation industry is preferred.)
• Technical Competencies: ICT network monitoring, internet connectivity, network device configuration, PABX, telecommunications, VoIP, application installation, antivirus management, network security, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
