Across the country, our Distribution teams work closely with commercial stakeholders to strengthen service coverage, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the growth of our retail network. This helps bring Michelin Car Service closer to customers and reinforces our footprint in the market.

MISSION:

In this roles, he/she/they will focus:

- In charge of planning, developing, executing and deploying Michelin Car Service ERP project (MARS), that achieves the objectives fixed by the sponsor in terms of quality, deadlines and costs by applying the Group project approach.


- Maximize the effectiveness and impact of Michelin Car Service sales and marketing activities, through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.

Main activities:

Key responsibilities

- Deployment planning & execution: translate the rollout roadmap into detailed local deployment plans (pilot → phased → full), schedule releases and prepare go live packs and user guides.

- Project coordination: manage day-to-day deployments using project tools (status, RAG Red Amber Green, risk logs), track milestones and escalate blockers.

Change management & enablement: design and deliver local change, training and communication plans; provide on-site coaching and workshops.

- System testing & data quality: support UAT, validate configurations, perform basic data checks and coordinate fixes with IT/data teams.

- Franchisee support & business coaching: act as on ground contact during stabilization; help integrate MARS into franchisee business plans and workflows.

Performance monitoring & reporting: define local KPIs, produce dashboards/ highlight reports and track commercial impacts (traffic, conversion, revenue uplift).

- Continuous improvement & knowledge sharing: document playbooks, capturing lessons learned and share best practices across territories.

Stakeholder management: coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal and RCs to secure resources and align deployments.

Key deliverables

- Validated territory deployment plan and schedule.

- Completed deployments per roadmap (pilot → rollout → stabilization).

- Adoption & performance dashboards; training completion and user satisfaction reports.
 

- Post implementation review and ROI summary per deployment.

Success metrics (examples)

- On time deployment rate vs plan (%)

- Active user adoption rate within 30/60/90 days (%)

- Training completion rate and average satisfaction score

- Data quality score (% records meeting standards)

- Commercial impact: traffic uplift, conversion uplift

- SLA: percentage of post go live issues closed within agreed timeframe

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in project implementation, change management, retail/franchise operations, or CRM/ERP deployment (experience in automotive or aftermarket industries is preferred).

- Demonstrated project management capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms.

- Experience in delivering training programs and driving user adoption initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken.

- Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused.

- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel and work on-site, including flexibility to work outside standard hours or on weekends when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

- Understanding dealer operations and retail automotive standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (Prosci) are advantageous.
