Working closely with commercial teams, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional functions, our team leads initiatives across brand management, customer engagement, digital marketing, product launches, trade marketing, and market intelligence. MISSION:
This is a highly commercial, high-ownership marketing role. In this role, he/she/they will:
- Drive business growth through P&L contribution, qualified lead generation, and revenue performance.
- Own brand and customer segment strategies, translating market insights into commercial results.
- Lead digital commerce initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and maximize business impact.
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking end-to-end ownership and acting as a true business owner.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
1. Segment Commercial Ownership
- Own the full SAVE model (Solution, Access, Value, Engagement) for an assigned business line or segment in the Vietnam market — translating global brand strategy into a locally relevant go-to-market plan.
- Drive P&L performance for the assigned segment: manage the marketing investment budget, track contribution margin, monitor pricing competitiveness, and recommend corrective actions to protect profitability.
- Build the mid-term segment strategy: defining target personas, channel priorities, and commercial activation levers and execute it in close partnership with Sales, Distribution, and Finance.
2. Digital Demand Generation & Commercial Conversion
- Build and govern digital demand generation that converts to measurable business outcomes: qualified B2B leads, online-to-offline store conversion, and E-Commerce transaction volume not impressions or clicks
- Design lead qualification frameworks, pipeline handoff protocols to Sales, and CRM workflows that transform digital signals into commercial pipeline across relevant business segments.
3. E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
- Lead the brand's E-Commerce agenda: conduct platform landscape assessment, define willingness-to-pay and how-to-win strategy across key platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and equivalents), and drive full commercial operationalization.
- Monitor E-Commerce performance against commercial KPIs and make ongoing investment and platform prioritization decisions based on data-driven analysis.
4. Agency Performance Governance
- Govern external digital agency relationships against commercial outcomes — owning investment allocation decisions across performance media, SEO, SEM, GEO, and social commerce channels.
- Evaluate agency ROI independently, challenge performance where results fall short of commercial targets, and make evidence-based budget reallocation recommendations.
5. Cross-Functional Business Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Distribution, and Finance as an equal commercial stakeholder — aligning brand strategy with channel realities, supporting commercial steering (S&OP), and driving integrated go-to-market execution.
- Lead cross-functional alignment on segment priorities, market investments, and corrective actions when performance tracks below plan.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
- 4–5 years of progressive experience in brand management, commercial marketing, or business development ideally within FMCG, FMCD, automotive industries.
- Demonstrated ownership of a brand, category, or product P&L
- Proven track record of connecting marketing investment to measurable commercial outcomes: revenue, leads, conversion, or market share.
- Experience working with digital agencies, E-Commerce platforms, or performance media channels in a commercially accountable capacity.
Skills
- High proficiency in data interpretation, commercial dashboarding, and performance analytics. Comfortable with Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, or equivalent. Able to build a business case independently from raw data.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing and E-Commerce platform mechanics. Evaluated as a commercial investment, not a technical function.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders -Sales, Finance, Distribution without direct authority. Clear, concise presenter at senior level. Comfortable operating in both English and Vietnamese.
