MISSION:

In this roles, he/she/they will focus:

Ensure full digitalization, consistency and performance of Order-to-Cash Automation (OCA) processes in the field. The OCA Digital Process and Data leader guarantees smooth and compliant execution of OCA end-to-end transactional flows (Finance & Purchase to Pay, Order Management, Supply & Logistic, Invoice to Cash & Account Management) in direct connection with the Core Team, in a context with no regional level support.

This role is the Digital Process & Data Leader, combining business process mastery and technical understanding of the OCA ecosystem (BSC, Salesforce.com (SFDC) and all connected solutions such as 3PL(3rd party logistic) integrations, S2S client links, customer ordering portal).

MAIN ACOUNTABILITY

General activities:

1. User Support & Operations

- Provide full functional and digital support at agency level.

- Diagnose and solve most incidents autonomously (no regional level)

- Secure data quality and proper application of OCA standards.

- Run local performance routines (daily / weekly) including incident tracking and KPI follow-up.

- When escalation is needed, coordinate directly with the Core Team and present the case in a structured way.

2. End-to-End OCA Process Mastery

The role covers the full OCA (Overseas Commercial Agency) value chain:

- Finance & Purchase to Pay: accounting, purchasing, local legal constraints, group reporting.

- Demand Management: multichannel order capture, order promising, portfolio management, service offers, request management.

- Supply & Logistic: warehouse operations, physical execution of orders, products & services, go-to-market.

- Invoice to Cash & Account Management: invoicing, payments, collections, customer account management.

- CRM & ERP Core (SFDC / BSC): single source of truth linking customer, order, invoice and accounting. Objective: understand cross-process dependencies and anticipate the impact of any deviation or incident on the full flow.

3. Process & Digital Integration

- Own and stabilize local integrations: 3PL, S2S interfaces with customers, ordering portal, BI.

- Read / qualify technical symptoms (interface failure, missing data, blocked sync) and translate them into business impact.

- Ensure continuity across physical flows (stock, delivery), transactional flows (order, invoice) and financial flows (payment, reporting).

4. Audit & Process Deviation Management

- Perform regular end-to-end process audits inside agency.

- Detect and document process deviations versus the OCA standard, and assess their business, compliance and customer impact.

- Prioritize and track corrective action plans until closure.

- Capture lessons learned to prevent recurrence.

- Escalate when a local deviation generates a regional / group risk.

5. Training & Empowerment

- Train end users, newcomers

- Build local autonomy: process literacy + tool literacy.

- Maintain and share local procedures and operating modes.

- Promote package digital culture: “digitalization = end-to-end ownership, not blind automation”.

6. Governance, Value Framing & Continuous Improvement

- Consolidate and drive evolution requests raised by end user

- Before escalating to the Core Team, qualify each request in terms of business value: customer impact, risk reduction, performance gain, legal/compliance requirement, scalability.

- Structure and prioritize those requests and carry them to the Core Team via demand review.

7. Access Management & Local Project Coordination

- Manage user access rights across OCA applications (BSC, SFDC, connected systems), ensuring compliance with Group security and data protection policies.

- Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) and proper onboarding / offboarding processes.

- Lead or contribute to local digital or process-related projects: deployment of new OCA features, improvement initiatives, data cleansing campaigns, or local integration adjustments.

- Coordinate cross-functional activities between business, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery and adoption.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience

- Fluent in English (B2/IELTS 6.5)

- Based in Ho Chi Minh City

- Advanced user of OCA core platforms: SAP/ BSC (ERP) and SFDC (CRM) ensuring proper usage and functional diagnosis.

- Broad understanding of the OCA ecosystem: WMS / 3PL integration, customer S2S. interfaces, e-ordering portal, e-invoicing, local BI and solid understanding of Michelin group backbones (SPD, OOM, PTY, CDL….) and their links with OCA operational flows.

- Ability to interpret interface / integration errors, follow a transaction across systems and talk efficiently with the Core Team.

- Ability to manage access rights and authorizations in BSC, SFDC and connected tools, ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards.

- Ability to lead or contribute to local projects

- Advanced Excel, Power BI, Jira / ServiceNow, SharePoint / Teams…

- Monthly Base salary, fixed 13 months
