MISSION
Support the continuous Process Improvement initiatives within CBS Colombo by developing Automations solutions using group approve technologies to improve value creation to business partners, enhance employee experience, improve compliance level and improve operational efficiency.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Identify and support to identify improvement opportunities in business processes and other operations.
- Design, document and develop Automation solutions to ideas submitted by CBS Colombo
- members to improve operational efficiency.
- Backup Automation development process if an resources are found not available for service.
- Provide ideas and Inputs in fact finding sessions to support Improvement identification.
- Introduce new technologizes as applicable Automation development.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Financial Management or equivalent qualification.
- 2 years experience in Business Process implementation and in transaction and operation processes for a large organization.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, PYTHON, and Microsoft 365 products.
- Green Belt (DMAIC or DFSS) certification would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in different time zones when required.
- Excellent level of spoken and written skills in both Sinhala/English.
- Comfortable interacting with Senior Management and key business partners throughout the organization.
