MISSION

Drive performance excellence and continuous quality improvement within the assigned Business Unit(s), ensuring consistent application of Michelin Manufacturing Way best practices to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduated Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Material, Production, Chemical engineering, etc.)

• Experience 1 - 3 years in the field of process engineer, new graduates are also welcome

• Preferable skills: Problem-solving, Analytical, Communication

• Strong communication in both Thai and English
