YOUR MISSION:

Provide technical engineering support to ensure reliable and efficient operation of machines and equipment within the assigned production area. 

Ensure all maintenance activities meet Michelin’s standards for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People. Collaborate closely with engineering teams, methods specialists, and external contractors to maintain and improve equipment performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans by monitoring, analyzing, and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Perform effective troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime and secure required spare parts.

• Contribute to improving equipment performance indicators including breakdowns, micro-stops, and cycle time losses.

• Optimize maintenance efficiency through proper resource use, spare-part management, and energy0efficient operations.

• Support daily production and MDP processed by analyzing issues and addressing requests raised.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.

• 0 to 5 years of experience in production maintenance (new graduates are welcome).

• Practical skills in mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability improvement.

• Good English communication.
