MISSION:
Contributes to sales plan achievement and ensures strict control of supply chain service KPIs for assigned country, products, and market. Fosters seamless country operations by building strong partnerships with Customer Service team, Commercial, Logistics and any other teams involved in serving our customers.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :
- Manages the product deployment according to S&OP framework and Active Demand Management (ADM) decisions
- Guarantees the information on product availability.
- Analyzes the key performance indicators, detects gaps and launches action plan to meet customer commitments
- Sets up very short-term operational solutions in case of disruptions in supplies or crisis identified with the relevant partners (Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain Regions, Export regions, Import/ Export, Engineering, Customer service)
- Supports deployment of "services"
- Contributes to solve customer requests (customer room) with the relevant partners (Manufacturing, Sales, SC Regions, Export regions, Import/ Export, Engineering, Customer service)
- Shape Sales Plans (M0 & M1): Provide supply input, collaborate with leadership, identify & mitigate risks, and identify business opportunities.
- Optimize Order Fulfillment: Contribute to monthly sales and M+1 projections with Supply Chain data, alert the Regional Supply Team (RST) for critical issues.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years in supply planning, demand planning, commercial supply coordination
Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics, operations)
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage pressure during demand fluctuations or supply shortages
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Business Proficiency in English
