Your mission will be to define, deploy of the value and pricing strategy across segments & markets, and coordinate the implementation across operational entities to drive revenue and growth through customer centric pricing principles for the business lines.

We need you for

  • Leverage research and market trends and anticipates impact on value strategy and make recommendations​.
  • Align stakeholders on the main sources of value perception that a prospective customer will receive by Michelin offers​.
  • Lead and Design together with support of Pricing manager the Global business line value strategy for each market/region and adjust as needed. ​
  • Lead and Design together with support of Pricing managers Price Setting model in line with the LB financial, marketing and strategic objectives (including raw material and inflator evolution)​.
  • Provide inputs and recommendations on Data gathering process.
  • Propose valorization scenarios for long -term plan.
  • Help to design requirements for pricing market research and work with external partners: Conjoint/Van Westendorp/Granger, etc.
  • Accompany Marketing leaders in defining the value of an offer and/or service model and in sharing across organization.
  • Perform appropriate profitability analyses and makes recommendations to maximize revenue for mid-term and long-term horizon.
  • Conduct ROI (return on investment) modelling and help manage trials to demonstrate value at scale through deployment.
  • Lead and Design together with support of Pricing managers rules/guidelines for the Global pricing corridor. ​

What do you need to possess for being successful?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a certified pricing professionals (CPP) – strong asset.
  • You have 7 to 10 years of experience with ROI modelling/financial analysis/price setting.
  • You have extended experience in Sales and/or marketing at a senior management level.
  • You are experienced in Value-based pricing.
  • You are experienced in implementing holistic pricing strategies and revenue management.
  • You are flexible – comfortable working in agile/evolving situations.
  • You have business acumen.
  • You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so that you can communicate both orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
