Co-op Program

At Michelin, we believe a well-rounded co-op program should provide students the opportunity to experience all Michelin has to offer. As a reflection of the Michelin culture, our program is more than just the work you do. It’s about learning something meaningful that shapes your future and impacts the world around you.

Learning and development

"What I found most valuable was getting to work on real engineering projects alongside my mentor. I felt more like a new employee than an INTERN" - Ashley

Each of us has a drive to grow - to reach our full potential. At Michelin, we look for that desire in our people. Respect for people is one of our core values and is evident in our comprehensive career development that fosters career growth. A Co-op work term at Michelin is no different. It is an opportunity to grow beyond the classroom as you prepare for a full-time career.

Michelin intentionally matches students with projects that align with their level of study and areas of expertise. Through this rewarding opportunity, students work directly with a team to gain practical, degree-related knowledge.
