Base salary based on experience, starting annual salary for this position: $96,400 + potential bonus of 13%
Your role :
As part of the project manager team in the Research and Development Operations Department, you will be responsible for providing leadership, directly coordinating a team, and ensuring that key strategic projects are well managed and delivered within the established parameters (budget, deadlines, quality, etc.).
We need you for :
Establish robust and ambitious project plans covering the 10 required areas of expertise (scope, budget, timelines, quality, communication, HR, procurement, risks, integration, and stakeholder analysis);
Anticipate and manage project risks;
Capture and submit changes to the project plan;
Monitor project performance indicators and report them in the monthly dashboard;
Influence the various departments within the organization to ensure the success of the project in accordance with the objectives set out in the scope.
What do you need to possess for being successful?
You have a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical engineering is an asset);
You have 10 years of relevant experience in project and team management (matrix) in a manufacturing environment;
You have experience in product development and production launch;
You are results-oriented and have the leadership and influence necessary to keep the team focused on objectives.
You are comfortable in a bilingual environment (French and English) so that you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners;
You have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
You are independent and have a good sense of initiative;
You have an eye for detail and take pride in a job well done.
